What we collect
When you place an order or send a request we receive your name, phone/WhatsApp number, delivery address, optional email, the pieces you chose, any notes and photos you attach, and basic technical details (IP address and browser) to prevent spam.
Why
Only to confirm, make, deliver and support your order, and to reply to your messages. We do not sell your details or send marketing messages without asking.
Who sees it
Clay Charm; our hosting and email providers (for example Cloudflare and the email service that delivers order emails), only to run the shop; and the courier (name, phone and address only, to deliver your parcel).
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for up to two years for accounting and to help with any later questions, then deleted. Messages and custom-order photos are deleted when they are no longer needed.
On your phone
Your cart, wishlist, theme and (if you choose) checkout details are saved in your own browser so they are there next time. You can clear them any time by clearing your browser data.

Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. If anonymous visitor statistics are turned on, they are cookieless.
