We send parcels by courier across Pakistan. Islamabad and Rawalpindi: ask about local delivery or pickup.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are confirmed on WhatsApp.
Timing
Ready pieces are usually dispatched within a few working days.
Made-to-order and personalised pieces take extra making time; we tell you the time when we confirm.
Payment methods
Cash on delivery: Pay the rider when your parcel arrives. (not available for personalised pieces)
Bank transfer / Raast: We send account details on WhatsApp when we confirm your total.
JazzCash or Easypaisa: We send account details on WhatsApp when we confirm your total.
Advance for personalised pieces
Personalised and made-to-order pieces need an advance before we start making them. We confirm the amount on WhatsApp.
Confirming your order
We start making or packing your order once you confirm it on WhatsApp.
Orders that are not confirmed on WhatsApp may be cancelled after a few days.
Cancelling
You can cancel any order free of charge until it is dispatched, or, for personalised pieces, until we start making them. Just message us on WhatsApp.
Address and parcel problems
Please check your address and phone number carefully; the rider will call this number. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address or a refused cash-on-delivery parcel, we may ask for the delivery charges before sending it again.
