Delivery & payment
Ready pieces are usually dispatched within a few working days. Made-to-order and personalised pieces take extra making time; we tell you the time when we confirm.
Delivery charges are confirmed on WhatsApp. Islamabad and Rawalpindi: ask about local delivery or pickup.
Care & exchanges
Keep clay and resin pieces away from water, perfume and direct heat. Store them separately in a soft pouch so they do not scratch.
Handmade pieces are checked before packing. If your parcel arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video and we will help.
